Shipping policy

Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery options for orders within New Zealand:

Standard Delivery

  • Delivery target: 2-3 business days
  • Cost is advised at checkout

Rural Delivery

  • Delivery target: 3-5 business days
  • Cost: $10.00

Order Processing

Orders for in stock items will be processed overnight for dispatch the next business day.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. While we strive to meet these targets, actual delivery times may vary, especially for rural addresses.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers. A physical street address is required for delivery.

Lost or Damaged Items

In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged in transit:
  • An item is not considered "lost" until at least one week after the maximum expected delivery date.
  • Once confirmed lost or damaged, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
